What you need to know

       *Duration may vary with the complexity of the order.

  ::> Due to our personalized services, we will only proceed with the orders after the payment is received.

  ::> For orders S$30.00 and above, customers will have to place a 50% deposit of the total amount.
       Please note that deposits will not be refunded.

  ::> For orders below $30.00, full payment would be required.

  ::> A confirmation order will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
       For cases where a confirmation mail is not received, please contact us immediately!

  ::> The confirmation order will serve as an invoice/reciept for your order.

  ::> By contacting our services, you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

      - Personalized Wordings / Phrases (Optional)
      - Photo (Only applicable to photo cards)

  For Tailor-Made Dog Clothes services

    Please provide us with the following details in the email:

      - Your Doggie Measurements (How To)
      - Breed of Dog: Pure / Mixed
